Are you looking to work in a supportive, close-knit school community where you can truly make a difference? Teaching Personnel is seeking a reliable and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work within a lovely Primary School in the village of Compton. This role offers the chance to work one-to-one and in small groups with pupils who need additional support to reach their full potential.

The Role:

• Providing classroom support across all primary year groups, including Key Stage 1 and 2

• Supporting pupils with additional needs, including learning difficulties and SEMH

• Assisting with individual learning programmes and adapting materials as required

• Encouraging positive relationships and helping children build confidence and resilience

• Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to monitor progress and set targets

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a nurturing, patient, and proactive approach

• Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting children of all abilities

• Ideally has experience in a school or educational setting (although training will be provided)

• Understands the importance of safeguarding and child welfare

• Holds an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or is willing to apply for one)
