The role involves:

• Providing learning support in class and during small group activities

• Assisting pupils with special educational needs or additional learning needs

• Helping to prepare resources and classroom materials

• Encouraging children’s confidence and engagement in learning

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a childcare, education, or SEN setting

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

• The ability to adapt to different pupils’ needs

• An Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply)
