Learning Support Assistant – Newbury
Location: Newbury, West Berkshire
Pay: From £90 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join primary schools in the Newbury area. This role offers variety, a friendly working environment, and the chance to build a rewarding career in education.
The role involves:

Providing learning support in class and during small group activities

Assisting pupils with special educational needs or additional learning needs
-
Helping to prepare resources and classroom materials
-
Encouraging children’s confidence and engagement in learning
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in a childcare, education, or SEN setting
-
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
-
The ability to adapt to different pupils’ needs
-
An Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
