Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work across our partner primary schools in Reading. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a difference in pupils’ lives while developing valuable classroom experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Helping children with additional needs to access the curriculum

• Encouraging positive learning behaviours and emotional wellbeing

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with children (school-based or otherwise)

• A caring, patient, and adaptable approach

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
