Teaching Personnel is looking to appoint a friendly and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils across Primary Schools in the Reading area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to be part of a dedicated school team focused on helping every pupil achieve their best.

The Role Includes:

• Providing support in class, helping children to access the curriculum

• Working with pupils who require additional guidance with learning, behaviour or emotional regulation

• Supporting literacy, numeracy and phonics through targeted interventions

• Encouraging pupil confidence, engagement and independence

• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and parents to support pupil development

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Enthusiastic, reliable and patient

• Comfortable working with pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2

• Experience with SEN or classroom support is desirable, but not essential

• Willingness to learn and engage with training opportunities

• Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
