Behaviour Support Assistant
Job description
Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a primary school in the OL2 area that are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join their KS2 team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children by supporting their emotional, social, and behavioural development in a nurturing school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support individual pupils with behavioural needs to engage positively with learning
-
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement behaviour support strategies
-
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to promote their well-being and progress
-
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
Requirements:

Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioural needs
-
A calm, patient, and resilient approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
A genuine passion for helping children succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
