Experienced Learning Support Assistant – Fareham – Full Time from September

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant eager to make a positive impact in a vibrant school community? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in Fareham starting this September.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers to provide targeted support to pupils, helping to remove barriers to learning and promote confidence and independence. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally within a primary school setting

  • Ability to support pupils with a range of needs, adapting your approach to suit individuals

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to children’s development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
