Teaching Personnel is working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Slough to recruit a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community and make a real difference in pupils’ lives.

Role Overview:

• Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils with additional learning needs

• Assist teachers with delivering engaging lessons and adapting resources

• Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development

• Help monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

• Work collaboratively as part of the school team to promote inclusive education

Who We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an LSA or in a similar educational support role

• Understanding of SEN and effective support strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, patient, and passionate about helping children learn and grow

• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
