Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking to secure a long-term role?

Here at Teaching Personnel, we are currently seeking a committed and passionate LSA for a large Primary School based in Hammersmith!

The enthusiastic starter will be passionate in working in the education sector and happy to commute to a school local to Hammersmith station. We require a LSA happy to 5 days a week across Early Years, KS1 & KS2. The individual will have a minimum qualification of CACHE LEVEL 2 (happy to work towards a CHACHE level 3) or 1years+ experience in working with children. You will be a personable and determined LSA that is genuinely passionate about the development of your students and you will have the ability to form strong relationships with your students to get the best out of them.

A successful LSA will:

  • Have CACHE Level 2 or 3.
  • A range of SEN experience.
  • Show a genuine interest in helping children and building them to a brighter future.
  • Hold a DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one if successful.
  • Able to be hands on in helping to assist the class lessons.
  • Working 1:1with a child or with a group of children.
  • Having the experience in working with children previously.

Extra consideration will be made if you have:

  • Early Childhood Degree.
  • CACHE Level 4/5 (HLTA).
  • Drive to develop career in education.
  • Extra relating courses.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Registration is subject to an Enhanced DBS, valid references from recent employers and proof of right to work in the UK (AGY).
