Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a South Sheffield Primary School, the school are looking for a KS1 Teaching Assistant to work on a full time basis for the remainder of the academic year with the option of being taken onto a school based contract for the following academic year. The role is to begin as soon as possible.

  • KS1 Teaching Assistant
  • Supporting pupils in KS1 with Maths, Reading, Writing and Phonics
  • Daily pay rate of £55 - £70 per day
  • Located in South Sheffield with easy tram access and a large car park

The exemplary work of the SENCO demonstrates that the school places equal emphasis on pupils' personal and academic development.All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification.   • All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
  • Teaching Personnel have just been approached by a reputable Primary school to recruit for KS1 Teaching Assistant to deliver interventions in core subjects and phonics. The interventions will differentiate between higher ability and lower ability in order to push all levels of pupils.
