KS1 Experienced Behaviour Support Worker Needed - Liverpool

There are various schools across Liverpool that requires full & part time Behaviour Support Assistants. The schools support students who find it difficult to participate in mainstream education. Each student has their own tailored curriculum, which considers the pupils strengths, weaknesses and interests. To be considered for this role you must energetic, patient and reliable. You must have the ability to use effective methods to handle difficult behaviour.

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience of working with children (classroom environment desirable)
  • Will be experienced in managing difficult behaviour or special educational needs.
  • Have some experience of the Year 2 curriculum.
  • Will have a clean, full driving license and access to a car to use daily.

Many positions will begin after the SATS are finished until the academic year, however if you impress there may be other opportunities within the schools in September 2018. So if you are looking for a long-term role this an excellent opportunity!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
