Bring your energy, creativity, and passion for teaching to our Key Stage 2 team! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Teacher to join our inclusive school community in Hedge End, where every child is encouraged to thrive and achieve their best.

Your Role:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.
• Challenge pupils to achieve their best, adapting teaching to meet a range of abilities and learning styles.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all learners.
• Contribute to school life beyond the classroom through clubs, enrichment activities, and whole-school events.

About You

• A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience or a strong interest in teaching Key Stage 2.
• A reflective, adaptable, and enthusiastic practitioner with high expectations for yourself and your pupils.
• Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
• A team player who contributes positively to school life and culture.
• A genuine passion for developing confident, independent, and resilient learners.
