Primary Teacher – Flexible Opportunities Across Southampton
Location: Southampton & Surrounding Areas
Start Date: Flexible – Positions Available Immediately
Work Pattern: Full-time, part-time, or day-to-day supply
Pay: £130 – £150 per day (depending on experience and role)

What’s Involved?

Delivering high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

Supporting a wide range of schools – from single-form entry to larger primaries

Following school policies and adapting quickly to new classroom environments

Making a positive contribution to pupils’ learning and progress

Building relationships with staff, pupils, and parents across different settings
Who We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs and experienced teachers welcome

Confident in delivering the primary curriculum in your chosen key stage

Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school environments

A passion for supporting children’s education and development

Someone who thrives on variety and is keen to make a difference wherever they go

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
