Are you an enthusiastic and creative teacher with a passion for early learning? We’re looking for a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive primary school community in West End. This is a wonderful opportunity to inspire young learners and make a lasting impact during their crucial first years of education.

Your Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners in KS1.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and independence.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure every child thrives.
• Assess and track pupil progress, identifying next steps and celebrating achievements.
• Contribute to the wider school community through curriculum development, enrichment activities, and school events.

About You

• A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience or a strong interest in teaching Key Stage 1.
• A creative, reflective, and adaptable practitioner who values every child as an individual.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to fostering a love of learning and supporting children’s social and emotional development.
• Passionate about contributing to an inclusive and nurturing school environment.
