This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, creative practitioner to join a welcoming primary school community in Fareham on a full-time basis.

We’re looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stage 2, fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning in every child.

Who we’re seeking

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• A secure understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective assessment for learning strategies.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and engage pupils of all abilities.
• A positive, supportive approach that promotes children’s academic and emotional well-being.
• Strong organisational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
• A willingness to contribute to the wider school community and work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire a love of learning.
• Use assessment effectively to ensure all pupils make progress and achieve their full potential.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports curiosity and independence.
• Uphold school policies and promote positive behaviour and mutual respect.
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and leadership teams to support each child’s success.
