Location – Fareham and surrounding areas
Start date – November 2025
Contract – Part Time (3 days a week)
We’re seeking a PPA Teacher to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes in welcoming primary schools across the Fareham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who enjoys teaching different year groups and subjects while maintaining a great work-life balance.

- A fully qualified teacher with QTS and classroom experience across primary key stages.
- Confident in delivering engaging lessons in a range of subjects and year groups.
- Strong classroom management skills with a calm, positive approach to behaviour.
- Flexible, organised, and able to adapt quickly to different learning environments.
- Creative and enthusiastic, with a commitment to helping every child succeed.
- Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.
About the role:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing PPA cover for class teachers.
- Ensure continuity of learning and pupil progress during teacher release time.
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and school leaders to support planning and assessment.
- Inspire pupils with engaging, well-structured lessons that support the school’s curriculum goals.
- Enjoy a varied timetable and the opportunity to teach across different year groups.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
