ICT Teacher - Sunderland

Teaching Personnel is currently in close partnership with several schools across Tyne and Wear, one of which, based in Sunderland, is currently looking to take on a new ICT and Business specialist on a full-time basis. Applicants need to ideally have experience of delivering curriculum up to KS4, as the vacancy has arisen as a result of a long-term sickness within the department.

OVERVIEW

  • Full-time role covering long-term sickness, commencing as soon as possible
  • Producing lesson plans for ICT and Business classes, ensuring to deliver curriculum in an engaging manner
  • Showing consideration to the current progress of KS3-4 classes, paying particular attention to students who are not on-track for their target grades
  • Analysing exam board specifications and implementing individual plans to ensure that each student meets these
  • Pay rates ranging from £550-750 weekly
  • Using up-to-date teaching methods to keep lessons engaging and support students appropriately
