To be successful in this Learning Support Assistant role you need to be nurturing graduate who has the skills to breakdown social and emotional barriers. The school wants to recruit someone who has a supportive nature and a caring manner that will benefit their students from day one. The school wants someone who can inspire teachers with their natural enthusiasm and spark the interest of young learners, especially those children who have SEN/SEMH. This post would suit an aspiring Educational Psychologist, or other related Psychology fields.
