Are you a graduate who is looking to pursue a PGCE next September?
Are you looking for further experience working within a secondary school where you can lead lessons?
Our client Further Education College in the Hull and East Riding area is looking for a strong, confident graduate to join them from Easter to work as a cover supervisor on a long term, full time basis. This school are looking for a graduate who can exercise good behaviour management skills within the classroom and ensure students stay on task.

The role of a cover supervisor is to deliver already set work to students within a classroom setting. The successful cover supervisor won't be expected to plan and mark within this role but will work across departments as the school require. There is also the possible opportunity to tutor students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, further gaining invaluable experience of educating students within the school environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who is an aspirational teacher of the future as there is no better experience to get you ready for a role in education. The successful candidate should be available in April to attend a meeting with the school where they can assess your suitability.
