Geography Teacher
Teaching Personnel are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Geography Teacher to work in our client's secondary school. We are looking for an effective and enthusiastic classroom teacher who will be able to complement the dedicated team of outstanding practitioners within the Geography department.
The secondary school looking to appoint a Geography Teacher has had a recent 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating, achieving over the national average academic grades. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Geography Teacher to flourish in their career.
- Geography Teacher, teaching Key stage 3 and 4 students
- Starting in the new academic year, in September 2019
- Working within an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rated school
- Competitive pay, paid on a weekly basis through our PAYE scheme (£23,720-£39,406)
With an open vacancy within the Geography department, the Head of Geography is seeking an experienced Geography Teacher to fill the open position. The successful Geography Teacher will be joining a strong, forward thinking, cohesive team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and will be creative and passionate about sharing that knowledge the students. Holding QTS (or equivalent) you will be committed to attaining the highest standards and expecting excellence from the students. Be an effective classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management and committed to ensuring all students succeed and fulfil their potential.
The Outstanding secondary school is located in the heart of Warrington, situated in a well respected neighbourhood. Being close to many public transport links, the secondary school can easily be accessed from Manchester Piccadilly.
