Teaching Personnel are looking for teaching and classroom assistants. Are you looking for a Teaching Assistant post?

Our clients across the Monmouth and Caldciot area are looking to recruit teaching assistants on a full time and part-time basis. Excellent rates of pay and flexible working hours.

If you’re serious about entering primary, secondary or SEN teaching and would like a Teaching Assistant or Classroom Assistant post that will develop your professional abilities, then apply today.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have the drive to support their pupils effectively during the academic calendar.

Responsibilities to include:

Supporting pupils in the classroom

Carefully guiding and helping them to make good progress in key areas

Being flexible and willing to take on all challenges

Prep the classroom for lessons

Supervising group activities

Supporting the classroom teacher in managing class behaviour

Helping pupils who need extra support to complete tasks

The requirements for this position are as follows:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good level of numeracy, literacy, written and verbal communication

Ability to contribute towards the planning, monitoring, evaluating and record keeping of pupils

Encourage a mutual respect between pupils and staff
