Teaching Personnel are now seeking a Teacher assistant for a role in Cardiff

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is talented, hard-working, and keen to work with us as we strive to make a difference to the young people in our community.

The post will suit graduates with a newly gained teaching assistant qualification, someone keen to make their impact felt with students of varied learning abilities, or an experienced Teaching Assistant with some expertise seeking a position of responsibility. The suitable candidate will have strong curriculum knowledge as this role does require a range of student seeking support across a range of key stages. Proven Improvement in student behavior, the ability to support small groups and being able to show flexibility in day to day activities are essential qualities.

Rates of Pay start at £50 for short term contacts and £55-£60 for long term support.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
