Full time teaching position available for Fully Qualified Teacher in Eltham!

This position is within a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) for secondary aged students and requires a teacher who can teach the new English GCSE curriculum at either Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4.

The class you will be teaching will consist of no more than 9 pupils, and you will be supported by two Teaching Assistants in the room. You must have experience of teaching GCSE English, and previous PRU experience is very much desired, although not essential.

Ofsted most recently inspected this school in 2016 and stated that 'Highly effective teaching over time in English has led to increasing numbers of pupils, including those who are disadvantaged and the most able pupils, making accelerated progress and achieving standards that are in line with or above those achieved by their peers in all other schools.' The school was assessed to be a Good school overall.
