Key Stage 1 Primary School Teacher

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher within the Oxford area.

Role details:

A lovely school outside of Oxford, who I work with, are looking for a full time Key Stage 1 Teacher to cover maternity leave. They are ideally looking for this to start in the first week of December and allow for you to transition into the school before the teacher takes her maternity leave at Christmas. However the role can start if January if this is not possible. The school are interested in teachers with good Key Stage 1 knowledge and experience.

The ideal candidate will have the appropriate teaching qualifications and also experience/desire to teach KS1 learners. The role will vary day to day and the school are looking for someone who can make a real difference in the children's lives, someone who is robust while also of a caring nature.

Requirements:

  • UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Experience Teaching Key Stage 1.
  • Enthusiasm, energy and flexibility
  • High expectations and a commitment to raising attainment and achievement
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

We are able to offer competitive rates of pay depending on the role and experience. Our daily rate ranges from £130 to £180 which can be equivalent to the M6 pay scale.
