Teacher of Food Technology wanted for September or sooner start, full time but part time would be considered- Chichester area!

We are recruiting for a Food Technology Teacher on behalf of a partner Multi-Academy Trust, who place a huge emphasis on a family ethos across their 44 Primary, Secondary and Special Schools in the area.

You will:

  • Teach Food Technology, at Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Have the opportunity to teach at KS5, as well as across other areas of Design Technology, or outside of your specialism if you desire
  • Benefit from a well resourced and supported DT Department
  • Work in an Ofsted "Good" School, that invest hugely in staff development and well being
  • Work close the Cathedral City of Chichester, and the Coast, at a School with good public transport links

The Role, and the School:

Their Academy in Chichester is looking for a Teacher of Food Technology to work with them from September onwards, or later if needed. This role would suit an NQT or a more experienced Teacher, but the candidate must be confident in delivering the subject to KS4 with planning from a set scheme of work. There are opportunities in the Department to teach a second subject in the coming Academic year too. As well as the opportunity to teach up to KS5.
