Teaching Personnel are currently working with a one form entry Primary school in Leyland who are looking to appoint two EYFS support staff to work with the new intake of children in September to ensure pupils are school ready. The role will involve working closely with the class teacher to make the transition from nursery to school as smooth as possible for the children.

The role will be 5 days a week working from 830-1530 and the expectation is that the successful candidates will continue on a long-term temporary contract. As with all supply roles, this is an excellent opportunity to get your ‘foot in the door’ of an established Leyland Primary School.

It is essential that you have recent and prior experience working alongside children in Early Years Foundation Stage. The school is located central to Leyland, with this there are a number of children who attend the Nursery from socially deprived backgrounds and there may be challenging behaviour. Pay for roles of this nature range from £8.41-£10.50 per hour.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
