Nursery Nurse needed in Northampton

A nursery in Northampton have an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

You will be required to mostly work within the settings baby room however maybe needed to support other age groups. You will be required to;

? Provide a happy, stimulating, safe, and secure environment where all children are

encouraged to meet their potential and where their physical, emotional, and intellectual

needs are met.

? To implement all required activities in order to meet children’s needs and to provide

development opportunities.

? Attend regular staff/room meetings outside of working hours.

? Attend staff training when required, outside of working hours.

? To keep accurate developmental records and carry out daily observations of the children

? To liaise with parents to ensure that they are happy with the standard of care and have

sufficient knowledge of their child’s progress.

? To maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the playrooms/setting and the equipment to

conform to Health and Safety requirements at all times.

? To report accidents and to complete risk assessments in line with policies.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
