Exam Invigilators

Job description

We have a number of up-coming opportunities to support two large Academies with Exam Invigilators, Readers and Scribes.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of secondary level education exams, distributing and collecting papers, escorting pupils if required and ensuring that pupils are adhering to the examination standard guidelines at all times.

You may be required to provide one-to-one or small group based assistance. This will include providing written support from the pupil's dictation only, or verbal dictation of examination questions, or pupils written answers only.

Previous experience within an Educational Establishment as an Invigilator is desirable but not essential.

Roles are on a part time basis, and the hours can vary depending on the examination.

Invigilators are required throughout the year, however we do have varied working opportunities which I'd be happy to discuss.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
