English Tuition Teachers Required – North Liverpool and surrounding areas
With the introduction of Catch - Up Tuition and the National Tuition Programme in place for all schools, Teaching Personnel are recruiting Secondary English Tutors.
We are working in partnership with a number of Liverpool and Merseyside Secondary Schools to provide bespoke English tuition for Catch Up Learners.
English tuition may be required in a variety of packages including Online Tuition via our own learning platform, revision sessions for small bubble groups in class, small group work, 1:1 tuition on or off site. Applicants must be prepared to take on all options.
Suitable candidates will have the following:
- Capabilities to deliver GCSE English
- Flexibility to work inside and outside of school hours
- The willingness to deliver to students with Special Needs
- To work in conjunction with department leads to deliver the neccessary curriculum content
- The ability to gage a learners abilities and personalise your tuition to improve their attainment
- Experience teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 in Secondary
- A qualified Teacher status
You will be paid on an hourly basis and the role is flexible based upon the number of hours you are looking for.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
