The secondary school is located in the Blackley area of North Manchester. The school is seeking an English graduate to work within the English department as a TA, from September. The Outstanding Ofsted graded Manchester school achieves results far above the national average, with the English being one of the best performing departments within school. This is an opportunity for a graduate looking for a career in teaching, to gain valuable classroom based experience, and be mentored by highly experienced teachers. The school has a strong focus on the personal development of their pupils, as well as their academic achievement. The school offers a wide range of extra curricular activities, encouraging pupils to find an pursue their passions outside the classroom.

A co-educational secondary school located in Manchester, is seeking an English TA to join their high achieving English department. This English TA vacancy is for a full time position for 1 year initially, starting in September. The Outstanding Ofsted graded school is seeking an English TA who has a passion for education, and an academic background, educated to degree level. The successful English TA will be able to meet the high standards of the secondary school.
As an English TA, you will be supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom, with academic and subject specific support. You will be working wit pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, providing tuition and intervention.
