English teacher

Job description

I am currently working along side a small, co- educational boarding and day school in the heart of Dorset who require an English specialist to join them until the end of the academic year. In a recent ISI inspection, the school was judged as being 'highly successful in achieving its aim to enable each pupil to achieve their academic potential'.

The ideal candidate would be able to teacher GCSE and A level English to a high standard and have a proven track record of excellent results.

  • Exam board - Pearson /Edexcel
  • Hours - 20 hours a week, Saturday mornings included ideally, but negotiable
  • Looking to interview immediately

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
