Full time and part time Cover teaching supply positions – Secondary Schools – Merton and Sutton area – September 2021 start - GBP155 to GBP250 per day.
Due to an increase demand for supply cover supervisors and supply teachers as a result of COVID, Teaching Personnel are keen to hear those seeking flexible supply bookings in the boroughs of Merton and Sutton. These roles would be ideal for either cover supervisors or teachers that want to teach their subject but don't want to plan or mark, retired teachers looking for day-to-day work, or a educators with other commitments who is looking for casual work/flexible hours.
Teaching Personnel work with a number of large secondary schools within the Sutton and Merton area who regularly require day to day and short term supply cover supervisors and cover teachers. We will work around your schedule and preferences, so whether you are seeking a day's work here and there, or something more regular and consistent we will do our very best to help you as a teacher.
Working in supply, you will need to have a confident and flexible approach towards teaching. The role will include supervising whole classes during the absence of the teacher, responding to questions, assisting pupils in undertaking set activities and maintaining order. In most classes being covered work has already been set.
