The Role at a Glance:

• Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition in English

• Help students improve in reading, writing, grammar, and exam preparation

• Tailor your teaching to meet different learning needs and abilities

• Support academic progress while building confidence and independence

• Provide regular feedback to monitor improvement

What You’ll Need:

• Experience teaching or tutoring English (Key Stage 2–4 or above)

• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, Cert Ed) is beneficial but not required

• A positive, organised approach and strong communication skills

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
