English Tutor Wanted – TP Tutors | £25–£30 per hour

TP Tutors is looking for a passionate and committed English Tutor to work with students across Nottinghamshire. We provide tailored, one-to-one or small group tuition to help learners build confidence, improve their English skills, and achieve their academic goals.

Location: Nottinghamshire (primarily in-person)
Rate: £25–£30 per hour (depending on experience)

What we're looking for:

• A strong academic background in English or a related subject

• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching (preferred)

• A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan engaging sessions

• Resilience and adaptability, particularly when working with students who may face barriers to learning

• A professional and reliable attitude

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
