Education Recruitment Consultant - Secondary sector

Teaching Personnel's South Wales Secondary branch are looking to take on an education recruitment consultant to join their hugely successful team. Due to a record-breaking September start, the Secondary branch are looking to expand into new areas and recruit a new member of the team. There are currently four consultants working in South Wales Secondary and they are looking for a fifth to join the dynamic, ambitious and successful team.

Teaching Personnel offer 360 degree recruitment roles meaning that consultants are responsible for all aspects of candidate recruitment and client sales and servicing. The role is challenging yet hugely rewarding and the comprehensive training gives individuals the support and guidance they need to go on to be a highly successful recruitment consultant.

The role we are recruiting for involves servicing existing client schools and growing and maintaining business within them but also growing business in non-client schools. The successful applicant will need to have the confidence to make sales calls to and have business meetings with client schools and senior leadership team members to sell our service and what we can offer. Sales experience and transferable sales skills are desirable for this role. We are looking for a confident individual with proven success in sales and business development who can attract and develop business. An interest or experience within education is also beneficial but not essential.
