Design Technology teacher required

  • Must have previous experience teaching GCSE Resistant Materials
  • Full time position for one term initially in January
  • MPS (1-6) earn up to £165 per day

Design Technology teacher required (Resistant materials GCSE) for a temporary position in Beeston starting in January.

A position is available for a Design Technology teacher in a modern and well facilitated Nottingham school on a full time basis in January. A large part of the timetable will involve teaching Resistant Materials so ideally this will be part of your specialist area within DT, there will also be KS3 DT subjects including Graphics. This is a temporary position in the first instance due to the late leave of a current staff member, if successful you will be offered a full time one term contract with the opportunity to become permanent at Easter, ideally the school are looking for a Design Technology teacher with experience working at inner city schools, if you are an NQT who has experienced this on training we welcome your application.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
