Cover Supervisor
Join a large vibrant secondary school in South Manchester requiring a Cover Supervisor on a full time basis from October.
This Cover Supervisor role involves covering whole classes in the short term absence of teachers across years 7 – 11. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for managing classroom behaviour, responding to any questions and queries and ensuring all students complete the set work to the highest standard. Planning and preparation of lessons is not required as all work will be pre-set by the absent teachers.
Suitable candidates will have a flexible attitude towards work and will be passionate about supporting young people in their learning. They will be able to act as a positive role model and will be able to create and maintain positive professional relationships with students.
To apply for this position, candidates must have experience working with young people. We welcome applications from those with experience in support work, child minding, sport coaching, tutoring or any other relevant experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
