Cover Supervisor - Derby - Summer Term

Do you have experience working with secondary aged children and want to work more within a school setting over the next academic year?
Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a secondary academy in Derbywho are looking to recruit a cover supervisor to start in the summer term of 2021. The school are looking to recruit a cover supervisor on a full time basis to cover different subjects across key stage 3 and key stage 4 - no planning or marking. Ideally you will have recent experience working within schools and a proven track record of managing student behaviour. This role has the opportunity for a permanent contract and would be highly suitable for any NQT looking to broaden their experience in the interim of finding a NQT role.

About the role
This is a great opportunity for both: experienced teachers who are seeking a better work life balance and Graduates who are looking for classroom experience before beginning their career in teaching!
- You will be able to cover both KS3 and KS4
- You will become part of a school’s bubble – which will enable to you and the schools to keep safe during these unsure times
- Building a good rapport with students is vital as this will aid your transition into schools
- Behaviour management will be one of your strengths
- Desired - An individual who holds a Degree Level Qualification or equivalent
