Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Salary: £120 per day

This position offers a competitive salary of £120 per day, with flexible hours and the chance to start immediately.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Provide support to students in their learning, answering questions and offering guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and report any issues to the appropriate staff members.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a teaching or educational setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and manage varying levels of student engagement.
- Flexibility in working hours and availability to start immediately.
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to support students in their learning journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
