Full-Time Cover Supervisor – Durham Secondary Schools
Teaching Personnel needs experienced Cover Supervisors for full-time work across Durham. If you've done this role before in UK schools and you're after consistent, full-time hours, this could work well.
The role: You'll be covering lessons when teachers are absent - delivering pre-set work, keeping students on task, managing behaviour, and feeding back to staff. It's across different subjects, so you need to be adaptable.
You'll need:
- Cover Supervisor experience in UK secondary schools (we can't consider applications without this)
- Solid classroom management skills
- Good communication with staff and students
- Reliability - schools need to know you'll turn up
- To be based in or around Durham

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
