Job description
Teaching Personnel are seeking Qualified Teachers to work in long-term and permanent roles in our client schools in the Durham (DH1) Area.
We are currently looking for Secondary School Teachers for our partner schools in Durham. We would be looking for candidates with QTS. PGCE and PCET would also be considered.
To be considered for the position you will:
- Have experience teaching young people in your specific subject area
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teaching and support staff
- Have a passion for education with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
- Hold QTS
Teaching Personnel is committed to Safeguarding children and young people. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS Check that must be registered to the Update Service.

Job Type: Full-time

- £130 - £160 per day – General Cover

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
