Teaching Personnel, in partnership with outstanding SEN schools in Horsham, invites passionate and dedicated educators to join our team as Class Teachers.
If you have a commitment to supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, autism, ADHD, severe learning difficulties, and challenging behaviours, we welcome your application.
Position: Class Teacher
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Availability: Ongoing recruitment throughout the academic year
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching to students with diverse needs
- Create engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to individual requirements
- Manage behaviour effectively, providing support for challenging situations
- Collaborate with support staff and contribute to the overall school community
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience or a genuine interest in working with students with SEN, SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, and severe learning difficulties
- Enhanced Child Only DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Successful completion of our vetting process facilitated by a friendly consultant

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
