Learning Support Assistant – SEN (Long-Term Role)
Location: West Sussex
Contract: Full-time, long-term (with permanent potential)
Pay: £89.38 – £110 per day

This long-term LSA role offers the opportunity to become a key, trusted adult within a specialist SEN setting. You’ll work closely with pupils who benefit from routine, structure, and positive relationships.
The role:

Supporting learning, communication, and emotional regulation

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff

Helping pupils develop independence and self-confidence

Contributing to a calm, nurturing school culture

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
