Full-time SEN Teachers Needed – Small Classes, Big Impact

Location: West Sussex
Start Date: Flexible
Contract: Long-term & permanent opportunities
Pay: In line with Teacher Pay Scale

We’re recruiting SEN Teachers for specialist provisions across West Sussex that prioritise nurture, emotional wellbeing, and personalised learning. These schools offer small class sizes, strong support teams, and the freedom to teach creatively.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Teaching highly personalised lessons across a broad curriculum

  • Supporting pupils with SEMH, ASD, and additional learning needs

  • Using trauma-informed and restorative approaches

  • Building trusting relationships with pupils who may struggle with mainstream education

  • Helping students rediscover confidence and enjoyment in learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
