Job description

Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants – Horsham & Surrounding Areas

We are recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work in schools in and around Horsham. This role involves supporting pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties, on a 1:1 or small-group basis.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Confident supporting pupils with a range of SEN

  • Calm, patient, and reliable approach

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
