SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Horsham
Full-Time | SEN Schools | £21,000 – £26,000 per annum
We are currently working with a range of fantastic SEN schools in the Horsham area who are seeking dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants to join their teams on a full-time basis.
These schools support pupils with a variety of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), SLD/PMLD, and SEMH, across both primary and secondary age ranges. The roles are hands-on, rewarding, and ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a genuine difference in young people’s lives.
The Role:

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups within a specialist SEN setting

Assisting with learning, communication, emotional regulation, and daily routines
-
Working closely with Teachers, Therapists, and SENCOs
-
Helping pupils access education in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
Requirements:

Experience supporting children or young people with SEN is highly desirable
-
A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
-
Driving is preferred due to school locations
-
A genuine interest in SEN and inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
