Our client school is seeking to appoint an inspirational Chemistry teacher to join the innovative Chemistry department at a school in the Stockport area. The Chemistry post is for a January 2018 start and will be a full time position. As a result full planning and marking responsibilities will be expected as well as engagement in the school's extra curricular events. The successful Chemist will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to teach all Science subject areas to KS3 and specialise in Chemistry up to KS4.

• Pay range between £95 - £160, dependent upon experience

The school is committed to delivering high standards of teaching and is therefore looking for an ambitious and well-qualified Chemistry teacher to join their forward thinking Science department. The most recent Ofsted inspection rated the school as ‘Good’ with 70% of students achieving above a C grade in English and Maths. The school is located in peaceful surroundings within the Stockport area and accessible via the M60 and regular public transport.

The successful and motivated Chemistry teacher should have a natural flare for the Sciences, in particular Chemistry and be able to employ innovative teaching strategies and techniques in the classroom in order to engage students on a deeper level.
