Teaching Personnel, the UK's largest Education Recruitment Company, is expanding in our Hull office. We are looking to hire a Candidate Consultant to provide support to our Secondary branches and team of talented Education Recruitment Consultants and supportive Managers who are always striving for excellence!

Can you display previous experience working in Administration or have you previously worked in Recruitment? This position has the potential for development and progression, however, if you are looking to work as an Administrator, working within Education Recruitment will challenge you, the daily routine is fast paced and you'll be working to tight deadlines and targets.

You will have a variety of daily responsibilities and contribute to the success of the office, sourcing and clearing candidates to work on a supply basis in our client Secondary schools.

You wiil:

  • Place adverts for school vacancies on external websites and the TP website
  • Compile and upload documents to the system post candidate interviews
  • Chase and obtain references for teachers and support staff
  • General greeting duties for candidate interviews and on recruitment events
  • Liase with our internal vetting team to smoothly clear and vet candidates
  • Regularly check in calls to gather candidate availability and work preferences

As the Hull office's Candidate Consultant, you will be creating quality advertising, attending recruitment days and carrying out pre-interview vetting calls to resource quality teachers and support staff for the Secondary branches. Therefore, an understanding of the Education sector (qualifications, school types and safeguarding/vetting) is desired.

To be a successful Candidate Consultant you need to be an excellent communicator and extremely organised. You will also need to be results orientated, detail-conscious and able to adapt.
