Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with 2 Large Secondary schools to support with their recruitment for teaching assistant roles within the Cardiff & Vale area. Working as a teaching assistant you can use your previous knowledge and transferable skills to get a head start in the classroom.
Teaching Personnel are looking to meet with individuals that have a proactive outlook on education and the benefits of supporting people around them. School based experience is not essential, however having the right personality is. Desirable qualities of a successful Teaching Assistant would be a keen and can do attitude, the ability to multi-task/prioritise tasks on a daily basis and also the skills to work under pressure and use your own initiative as support from the Teacher may not always be available.
