Behaviour Support Assistant

Are you seeking a new challenge for the Summer Term?

We are seeking behaviour support assistants to work with our client school in the Bournemouth area. The school is a Secondary School catering for pupils who have been excluded from mainstream school.

This role is a full time position for the summer term, starting immediately after the Easter holidays. The role involves supporting pupils in Key Stages 3 and 4 on a one-to-one basis and may involve working with the pupils off-site. You must be able to drive and have access to a car.

You be resilient and confident with behaviour management.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
