Behaviour Support Assistant

Job description

Teaching Personnel is searching for an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to support a child in KS1 at a school in Washington.

The ideal candidate must have experience with challenging behaviour to start after the October half term. The post is initially for 1 term, however depending on funding may be extended. The school is very welcoming, their creative environment provides a fantastic learning place for pupils to succeed.

Details of the role:

  • Part time role, which could go up to full time hours
  • Temporary role, which could be extended depending on funding
  • Supporting KS1 pupil 1:1 with challenging behaviour
  • Competitive salary between GBP325-GBP375 (pro rate) paid weekly
  • CPD opportunities

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
  • Knowledge of KS1 curriculum is required
  • Must be available from 4 November 2020
  • Provide 2 good references
